I have a 15 year history in asking “why do we do the things we do?” I’ve learned how to take the answers to that question and leverage them in my designs in order to bring great user experiences and drive business value. I’ve done work for such companies as Nokia, Ford, The FCC, The Library of Congress, The USPS, Wyndham World Wide and a few start-ups such as Canvas right here in DC. Building great user experiences isn’t about making it more complicated, but making it simpler.
